Relaxation Classes
My relaxation classes are aimed at giving people lots of ideas that they will find useful when they need to relax and unwind,
enabling them to train the mind to keep out the mental chatter.This is a course of 6 classes introducing basic breathing
exercises and a variety of visualisations. Each lesson will also include a longer guided visualisation which will enable
you to further gain the benefit of relaxation.
The benefits of relaxation are:-
